Goldstar International School Launches New Practical Science Initiative for Disadvantaged but Determined Students

This pioneering program will give students access to:

  • Advanced science labs and interactive learning environments

  • Real-world science projects in environmental studies, biology, chemistry, and physics

  • Mentorship by practicing scientists and educators

  • Research excursions and science-based community impact projects

  • Full support for participation costs including materials, travel for off-site experiments, and living support where needed

We believe learning is not about memorizing facts—but about discovering the world.

This new adventure is part of Goldstar’s mission to offer transformational learning opportunities to students who may lack financial or social advantages but demonstrate strong academic promise, creativity, and leadership potential.

Students will be selected based on:

  • Personal and financial circumstances

  • Passion for science and innovation

  • Academic performance

  • Experience or interest in community work

  • Ability to lead and inspire others

For the upcoming academic year, Goldstar will award a select number of full placements in this Practical Sciences Program—covering all participation expenses and valued at over VND 1 billion per student.

The program applies to science tracks including:

  • Environmental and Earth Science

  • Applied Physics and Engineering Principles

  • Experimental Chemistry and Materials Science

  • Human Biology and Health

  • Technology and Scientific Design Thinking

Students from all regions are welcome to apply. Those from outside the school’s immediate campuses will receive full support to attend interviews or training sessions. To confirm eligibility, applicants must submit official documentation of their background or health status where relevant.

Science isn’t just something we learn—it’s something we do, together.

Through this initiative, Goldstar International School seeks not only to elevate science education but to empower young changemakers who will shape the future through inquiry, discovery, and innovation.
